Our Journey
12-2-1 started with a simple belief: people heal better when they stop sitting alone and begin having honest conversations with others.
Rooted in faith in God, our work is built around connection, accountability, encouragement, grace, and the hope that real change is possible.
The name 12-2-1 reflects what happens at the Roundtable: people move from isolation into community, from struggle into support, and from conversation into action. Through virtual Roundtables, we create safe spaces where people can be heard, challenged, encouraged, and reminded that they are not alone.
What began as a vision for meaningful recovery conversations has grown into a community shaped by honesty, hope, courage, faith, and connection. We continue helping people build insight, strengthen relationships, and take practical steps toward lasting change — one Roundtable, one story, and one day at a time.

The Roundtable Way
Honesty. Accountability. Connection. Courage. Hope. These are just a few of the principles that guide every seat, every question, and every conversation at the Roundtable.

Facilitated Roundtables
Since 2020, we have facilitated more than 4,000 Roundtables. To us, that number represents far more than sessions delivered; it reflects thousands of opportunities for participants to engage in a process of change that brings connection, growth, and lasting recovery.
We are especially encouraged by the feedback we have received: 100% of former participants said they would recommend 12-2-1 Roundtables to a friend, and 83% reported an increase in their overall quality of life following a Roundtable Series.
Behind these numbers are real people, real progress, real hope and real recovery!
