We serve all 55 counties in West Virginia Adult Drug Courts.12-2-1 Roundtables helps Drug Court participants move from simply “checking the box” into honest conversation, connection, and recovery engagement. With our 12-2-1 Model, we create a safe place for participants to reflect, be challenged, feel heard, and take their next right step toward lasting change.

12-2-1 Roundtables supports DoHS and CPS-involved individuals and families with care, honesty, and hope during some of life’s most difficult seasons. Through our virtual Roundtables, participants are given a safe place to face hard truths, build accountability, strengthen recovery, and take meaningful steps toward healing, stability, and restored family connection. We are grateful to have seen numerous family reunifications supported through this work — one conversation, one step, and one Roundtable at a time.

12-2-1 Roundtables supports treatment centers by offering a meaningful stepdown from residential treatment into continued recovery engagement, connection, and accountability. Through our virtual Roundtables, participants are given a safe place to keep practicing honesty, strengthen relapse-prevention insight, build support, and take practical steps toward stability after leaving a higher level of care. We are grateful to walk alongside treatment providers as participants continue the journey — one conversation, one step, and one Roundtable at a time.

12-2-1 Roundtables supports churches in helping people face the life-limiting problems that keep them stuck. We believe everyone has a need for recovery in some area of life — whether from addiction, fear, shame, broken relationships, unhealthy patterns, or anything that separates us from God, others, and who we were created to be. We help churches create safe spaces for honest conversation, grace, encouragement, accountability, and practical next steps toward healing and hope.

12-2-1 Roundtables supports DOT-covered employers by providing qualified SAP services with clarity, professionalism, and care. We help employees navigate the required return-to-duty process through DOT evaluations, recommendations, follow-up support, and reporting, while helping employers move forward with confidence, safety, and compliance.

Our goal is to make a stressful process more understandable and help individuals take meaningful steps toward accountability, recovery, and a safe return to work.

12-2-1 Roundtables supports Day Report Centers by providing structured recovery-focused services that help participants build accountability, insight, connection, and practical next steps. Through virtual Roundtables, counseling, assessments, and recovery support, we create safe spaces where participants can move beyond simply meeting requirements and begin engaging in real change.
